GlocalMe warrants to the original purchaser that your GlocalMe-branded device shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period").
If your GlocalMe device has one of the following problems, it may be fixed by a restart:
Your data information isn’t syncing with APP
Your GlocalMe isn’t responding to button presses, taps, or swipes
Your GlocalMe is charged but doesn’t turn on
Your GlocalMe isn’t connect to any network or the network quality is not satisfied
If your GlocalMe device is within the warranty period, please contact your purchase channel. We will ask you to send us a couple of photos showing the physical damage, along with your proof of purchase so that we can assist you further. Please ensure the photos are clear and not blurry.
If your GlocalMe is out of warranty, please contact service@ucloudlink.com for more assistance.
Remarks: All of the following cases are identified as artificial damage, repairing fee will be required and the charge will be based on actual situation with quotation provided. The cases are including but not limited to visibly damage, water penetration and other noticeable traces.
